Washman Car Wash | Ross Island

The car wash was just ok for the cost. They didn't do a very good pre-wash rinse and there was still dirty spots after the wash. Not all the vacuums work well. No complimentary dash wipes. Might as well wash your own car or try somewhere else.

Worker wasn't at the car wash pay station, there wasn't a machine I could pay for the wash with my card like I've seen at these before, and I still saw people at the vaccums. Went to vaccuum my car after waiting and looking around everywhere to find an employee. Started vaccuming, managed to literally get half of my car done before some rude lady came over and started getting agressive saying I needed to pay for a wash. I apologized and said I looked for someone and no one was there, and that I'd pay for a wash. She was acting like I was some thief. She then proceeded to prewash my car and didn't guide me in to where my tires go or explain anything she needed me to do and just started the wash while I wasn't even in neutral or anything yet. Good place but that lady needs to seriously fix her attitude. Not everyone just automatically understands or knows what to do and they shouldn't be treated like crap because of it. I'd return but if I do I hope she isn't the one working, that's for sure.

Washman is awesome. Quick, inexpensive and a thorough job cleaning my car. Ross Island team member Ezra is friendly and invested in his role. He does a great job of prepping your car before it goes through the wash!

Ezra is the best. He is fast, efficient, and always with great vibes. I have a couple of vehicles because of my work and in a few minutes he made them shining. Specifically the tires that I'm very focused on. I really recommend him.

I asked if Joe to spray my front bumper with the bug spray and he was very kind and did it. He asked if I wanted any upgrades or gift cards. Always kind and polite when I'm in the area and get my car washed.
